Web design has always been a hobby of mine, and in 2024, trtlemusic.com was the first time I created a serious website from scratch. Today I'm publishing my primary website, christobey.com. From drawing board to completion, I've spent the past few months developing a site that will showcase my artistry and process behind the projects I've worked on, and I'm excited to share it with the world.

The hardest part of developing this site was creating a design that I felt matched my personality and design philosophies. My main focus was simplicity and keeping the most important things at the forefront. At the same time, I wanted a site that stood out and provided a unique experience. Through trial and error, I've created a site that's everything I imagined and beyond.

Throughout my site and the projects which live in it, I continue to pursue my commitment of not using generative AI, and building everything from scratch. You can learn more about this commitment.

This website will never truly be finished. Throughout its life, it may undergo numerous changes and redesigns, but it will always have the same goal of displaying my work.
